• The Motley Crew finally finds the lizard god egg the old lizard shaman Sridthirr asked them to destroy.
• The egg is guarded by a bunch of weird creatures, including chaos demons, a baby-faced shaman, and a zombie demon with super long arms.
• The egg is destroyed using the dagger Sridthirr gave Kurtis, but the zombie demon escapes.
• Josy scores a set of wings that let her fly and protect her from being attacked.
• Vain kidnaps Brecaryn, Malouf, Josy, and Lieralyn. He then shows up on the Isle of Dread and grabs Alana and Flerm. Snow is nabbed from Gelfini.
• Leento sends Kurtis back to his own dimension and ties up Elena who turns out to be an assassin and not a missionary.
• Some wizard named Erintrah temporarily gained control of Vain and used him to kidnap the others. They got away.
• Adarra really did see a purple cat in the forest.
• Hermits are jerks even if they do make nice crystal castles.
• That guy in the mirror who lives in some sort of mushroom forest is a jerk, too.
• Don't try turning Lieralyn into a sheep. It makes her testy.
