Vashti uses the ledger the Motley Too brought back from Hemel to show the townspeople Florentino has been lying. Florentino and Trufino hide out at the castle from the angry mob.
The Motley Too decide to exile Florentino since they can't kill him for diplomatic reasons. Too bad Aoki kills him anyway on the way to the boat.
Aoki and her mirror images run off. The Motley Too give chase.
Despite knowing any delay could cause them to lose Aoki's trail, the party takes their time engaging a suspicious group of derro landing on the shore outside of town.
When they finally reach the cave Aoki fled to, they encounter a lot more enemies - ogres, takos, pedipalps, and undead(!) - before giving up the chase. Aoki's long gone.
Delphine thinks you're all a bunch of jerks who abandoned her.
